I build a road map to get where you want to go, and we work on getting there.

There’s 3 training options, depending on how much one-on-one support you need:
1:1 Private Training
Weekly private sessions for maximum face-to-face time.
Includes:
▪ Weekly private training sessions (55 min, online or in person).
▪ Personalized programming based on your feedback and progress
▪ Coaching during 1:1 sessions, as well as unlimited messaging access! I’m there to help you navigate struggles, celebrate what’s going well, and support you unconditionally.
▪ Exclusive app with instructional videos & customized educational courses
If you are brand new to exercise or have severe chronic pain/illness, private or hybrid training is recommended.
Please note: 1:1 private training is currently waitlist only.
1x/week: $425/month 2x/week: $815/month
Hybrid Training
The flexibility of group training, plus additional private sessions as needed.
Includes:
▪ Weekly online calls with me and a small group of cool people (Saturdays 10-11am PST)
▪ Personalized programming, so even in a group you’re working on exactly what you need
▪ Sessions sold in packs of 5 or 10 for private sessions on your schedule.
▪ Community support, and unlimited 1:1 messaging access with me! I’m there to help you navigate struggles, celebrate what’s going well, and support you unconditionally.
▪ Exclusive app with instructional videos & personalized educational courses
If you are brand new to exercise or have severe chronic pain/illness, private or hybrid training is recommended.

Packs: $85-95 per session
Group Training
A community of people with chronic illness, all working on getting stronger together.
Includes:

▪ Personalized education depending on your needs (includes nutrition, hEDS, autoimmune disease, and weight loss).
Great option for a limited budget or some previous exercise experience!

Those training options not quite in your budget? I get it. It sucks how expensive it is to be chronically ill.
I’m currently developing a more affordable training program.
It’s less personalized, but delivers community, coaching support, and tried and tested programming developed from training myself and dozens of chronically ill clients. It’d be priced under $45 a month.
