There’s 3 main options for training, depending on how much one on one support you need:
1:1 Private Training
Access to all of the above, plus 55 minute one-on-one sessions at a regular time each week.
Sessions can be online or in person.
If you are new to exercise or have severe chronic pain/illness, this training option is recommended.
Please note: 1:1 private training is currently waitlist only.
Hybrid Training
Group coaching, plus 1:1 private sessions that you schedule when you need extra face-to-face time.
If you are new to exercise or have severe chronic pain/illness, this training option is recommended.
Online Group Training
▪ 55 min weekly group calls with me and a community of cool people.
▪ complete and customized workout plan so you can exercise at your own home, gym, or outdoor space. No more wasting time on inefficient workouts that make your pain worse. Exercise anytime, anywhere — fitness on your schedule.
▪ Great option for those who have previous experience with exercise, and need some extra support without as much one on one.
